My family and I absolutely ADORE Kristen. You can tell she truly cares about the children and genuinely wants the best for them. I was super hesitant to leave my newborn and toddler with a sitter, but she put my mind at ease right away. She went out of her way to text me hourly updates, and even kept track of feedings, diapers, and nap times! Kristen was a little shy at first, but quickly warmed up once she got started with the position. I was also hesitant since she's a college student, but after having even a brief conversation with her you can tell that she truly takes her education very seriously and has a passion for becoming a doctor and helping people. Her premed training even came into play when my toddler fell on a corner of a table (was not her fault, my kid is just really really clumsy) and she was VERY quick to calm him down while also taking care of the ouchie. She stayed calm during the whole situation, and immediately updated me. Overall, I highly recommend Kristen because of her calm, patient, and understanding nature. If you're a first time parent, or if this is your first time hiring a nanny/sitter, Kristen is the absolute perfect person.
