About Kristen

Hi! I am a compassionate and experienced childcare provider with five years of experience. In my most recent job, I was a teacher at a prominent Montessori daycare. My passion lies in creating a safe and comfortable environment and providing children with a sense of confidence and security. I have 2 children of my own-2 and 4 years old. For spring/summer, they will remain with me. However, I drive a Honda Odyssey, so space is not lacking! They are also adjusted to coming to workplaces with me. We also pet-sit regularly, so we are all comfortable with pets! I believe in open and transparent communication with parents, and I am comfortable enforcing household rules and maintaining a consistent routine (I do the same for my own). I hold a college degree in public health/nutrition (I love prepping meals for kids) and am certified in First Aid and CPR. I am also willing to assist with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
