About Krisa

I'm a graduate student working on my master's in nutrition, and while my professional background is primarily in childcare, my education and experience would enable me to care for seniors who need assistance with things like daily tasks, housekeeping, medication management, doctor's appointments, and companionship. I'm very organized, enjoy keeping things tidy, and have a personal passion for cooking and baking. My education in nutrition has taught me a lot regarding the role of nutrition in health and disease, as well as how these things apply to seniors. I love getting to know people and would welcome the opportunity to assist in any way I can! I understand I may not be qualified to care for seniors with more serious medical needs, but my professional history has helped me build more patiene and empathy and learn to adapt quickly to the needs and routines of various families and individuals.
