I have worked in a nursing/rehabilitation center since I was 17 years old! Before I was old enough to work as an employee, I volunteered with my mom's at home nursing job as soon as I turned 13. I have always had a passion for helping others and just being apart of making days a little easier. I helped both of my great grandparents with care when they were diagnosed with dementia and that is what gave me the drive for this type of work. I believe that residents & clients should be treated like family no matter what.
