When I sat down and interview Kortney everything seemed great. One day one, care was phenomenal. Then, that evening, she became flaky. She acted as though she may or may not show for day two. On day two, she showed up late, and had a ton of excuses ranging from a husband that needed the car so she needed to have him drop her off, and pick her up. Then mentioned he would maybe come early and wait for her. Comforting being a mother knowing a strange man would be around my house and children. :-/ Then Kortney was a no call no show for her third day. She was scheduled to be at my house at 5am. It wasn't until 11am that she text me saying she just woke up, and "slept through her alarm". I prepaid Kortney for the week. She has made excuse after excuse as to why she can't return my money for the I worked no show day. I would highly suggest not hiring this woman. Not only will she not show and almost cost you your job as she did mine, but she is untrustworthy to uphold her responsibilities and not steal your money. PLEASE DON'T HIRE THIS WOMAN!!! Save yourself the headache.
