In general, I have the most important skills for caregivers to have: (a) communication (b) patience (c) problem-solving (d) empathy and ( e) positivity. Communication is important and to be followed by patience to establish relationship between the caregiver and his/ her client(s). The other skills such as problem-solving, empathy, positivity and so forth will follow. I am an experienced caregiver with many years of experience. I have CNA/ HHA and CPR certifications. I am an organized and collaborative team player with strong clinical and interpersonal skills. I am proficient in caring for senior elderly people and those who need care in order to improve overall health and wellbeing.
