About Kofi

A seasoned caregiver with over 9 years of caregiving experience, having worked in group home settings, assisted living homes, nursing homes as well as in private homes,; I posses all the relevant skills and experience to work in any environment and under any conditions. My experience span from working with individuals with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease, Autism, Dementia, hospice clients and the elderly. I'm also experienced in working with patients with mobility issues hence my knowledge in the use of the hoyer lift, sliding board, gait belt and the stand assist equipment. I have excellent written and communication skills, I'm patient, I have strong analytical and problem solving skills, very reliable, well developed leadership and interpersonal skills. I always display empathy and always helpful towards others and I'm good at probing facts, challenging the assumptions and seeing the disadvantages. I'm Qmap and CPR certified, CNA trained, I have a certificate in behavioral skills.
