I have always enjoyed working with the elderly. I volunteered when I was younger, then was a caregiver for my grandfather who had alzheimers disease. Visiting him in the facility after we could no longer care for him at home was difficult. Seeing the other residents in the facility who didn't get visitors and interaction was difficult. I am a neuromuscular and massage therapist by trade but have just moved to a more rural area and am looking to make connections.
