I have worked the last three years as a behavioral specialist and unit head specifically working with 5-7-year-olds. I am passionate about creating an inclusive and empowering environment where everyone in my care feels supported. I strongly believe it is so important to recognize and celebrate the individuality of people by displaying mutual respect and a willingness to adapt and and understand how I can help them thrive. My whole job is to be a patient and kind force in peoples lives.
