About Kiyana

Hi! My name is Kiyana and I'm a single mother to two children aged 4yrs and 11months. I'm looking for a job that my kids can tag along with! I love interacting with children and being able to see them learn and grow. I'm a very patient and caring person and I always put other's needs before my own. I am very creative, so arts and crafts are my specialty! :) Experience: My mother used to have an in-home daycare with children ages newborn - school age when I was 11 and I helped out with meals/snacks, nap time, play time, and diaper changes. In middle school I was in a Summer program at the YMCA being a CIT (counselor in training.) There, I worked with the kids ages 4-7. I led group activities/songs and helped with other tasks and field trips. Throughout my life I gained experience by watching my family member's children and then having my own. I have my mandatory reporter certification and am willing to get recertified for CPR and first aid.
