About Kiya

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, patient, and responsible. I'm looking for a job that will help with my future career as I'm studying elementary education. I started working with kids when I was just about 12 with simply jobs such as babysitting. This then furthered when I started working being engaged with kids all the time. Along with working at a children's party and play center My skills include knowing that every child is raised different, taught different, and processes things different. Because of this and the experience of being around kids I've learned how to help each child individually. I have also learned how to deescalate situations, as some kids have more melt downs then others. Learning how to deescalate those situations is something I've became familiar with over years.
