I have been working with special needs for over 23 years. I have a passion for what I do. Each family that I met loves me from day one. I have a different type of love for special needs. I have my CPI, CPR first aid, and current TB test. I love interacting with the individual. I worked at McIntosh Trail in McDonough which is a day program for individuals with developmental disabilities. I taught sign language for fun, for the ones who couldn't talk, and wanted to learn, and now they know how to sign. We all need a way to communicate. I can give excellent references. I promise that you won't be disappointed at all.

Ms. F is a pleasure to work with. When we were looking for someone to care for my Special Needs child we had a few "MUST HAVES", trustworthy, respectful, dependable, punctual, and a pleasant personality. To find all of these traits in one person isn't easy, we went go through a lot of trial & error. Kishonda was the unexpected light at the end of the tunnel. My family and I trust Kishonda with our most treasured God-given gift. As for our child, we see the person way more often than the disability.
