About Kisha

I'd describe my personality as a caring, devoted advocate of care, I like caring for seniors because they deserve the same gentle care as babies but don't always receive it. I'm looking for a job that offers the opportunity to spend time caring for others but would allow me the opportunity to spend time with my family as well. I started caring for seniors when my grandfather became ill. I assisted my mother with home care then I watched her care for my uncle until she became ill and required my care, In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is I am honest. In my previous role within private industry I was often "coached"for helping elderly patients navigate the health care system when they didn't understand changes. I was told I was spending too much time explaining something to them. It is my passion to help and advocate for others that cannot for themselves, young or old. My skills include patience, caring and understanding.
