For a couple of years I helped look after my great grandparents that were in their 90s. I helped cook, clean, and dress them. We would go on a small walk in their backyard and we would read together. My great grandmother loved cooking so I would make sure to help her with heavy lifting and mixing ingredients. I assisted with getting up to use the restroom and applying ointment and massaging their hands to help with arthritis.
