DO NOT HIRE--NO SHOW ONCE, LAST MINUTE CANCELATION ONCE--Serena had an appointment with us for an interview in August. The day of the interview, I sent her the address, and she texted me back saying she had accepted a full-time job. THE SECOND TIME, I posted my job, and she reached out and said she was available again. I thought I would give her another chance. BAD IDEA. She was supposed to come for an interview this evening and SIMPLY DID NOT SHOW UP. When I texted her, there was no response.
