Hi, I have been working as an occupational therapy assistant in various settings for the past 3. 5 years. I enjoy working one on one with others and helping them gain or improve on the skills they need in their daily lives. Due to the lack of work available in my location as a therapist, the past year I had been working in an elementary school as a personal care assistant with a child who has special needs. Because of the changes going on for many schools at this time, I am currently looking for a position where I can continue to use my knowledge and skills as a Therapist and PCA. I am passionate about working with others who have disabilities and helping them to have a better quality of life. I have updated certifications in all background checks, CPR, and First Aid.
