About Kirsten

Hi. My name is Kirsten. I love spending time and interacting with children by reading, teaching, singing and and most of all having fun. I have 6 grandchildren myself and enjoy every moment I spend with them going on walks, parks and adventures seeking what the world has for us to explore. I have spent the last 8 plus years as a Nanny for 4 wonderful children, that I still will sit for on overnights for a weekend. I have a bachelor's degree in Social work and have been employed with Human Development Commission working with the homeless and their families. I am retiring effective September 30, 2024, due to loss of funding. So if you are looking for a grandma to take care of your children, I am here. My goal is to make you comfortable knowing your child(ren) are getting top notch care while you are at work. I did have clearance with the State of Michigan for child care, and would be willing to get certified again if needed. I am also interested in either Full or Part-time work.
