About Kirsten

As a childcare provider with three years of experience, I have a deep understanding of the importance of providing a safe, energetic and engaging environment for children. Growing up and throughout high school I was a multi sport athlete so I understand the balance of a hard work ethic and fun filled life! My mom is also a registered nurse in Obstetrics. She has provided me with guidance and tips for young newborns. My approach to childcare is centered around patience, creativity, and open communication. I believe in a positive environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. I am committed to keeping parents updated about their child's day through written daily reports, verbal communication during pickup, and regular text or phone call updates. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead to ensure consistency and respect for their parenting style.
