Thank you for viewing my profile. I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Colorado Teacher's License. I have 20+ years of experience teaching and tutoring students ranging from preschool enrichment activities to elementary core curriculum to middle school English and Spanish. Additionally, I have nearly 3 years experience tutoring English second language learners through an online platform. From my home, I have a dedicated classroom and all of the teaching materials, props, and support supplies that I use in an in-person class. I specialize in reading recovery, intervention strategies for struggling students, and special education. My goal is to meet students where they are in their learning journey, recognize their unique strengths, talents, and interests; then build upon those to support their individual educational, social, and emotional needs. I want my students to be engaged, feel motivated and successful, and enjoy learning.
