About Paige

Hi! I'm Paige, I have been working with kids for 7 years & have experience with all age groups- from 6 months to 12 years! I've just moved back to the Wichita area after spending the past 4 years in Florida & I would love to find a wonderful family to work with in the area! My ideal position would include a family who values open communication, nurturing children's independence, & creativity/exploration over screen time. My personal approach to childcare is to slow down, be patient, & practice modeling respectful behavior rather than reacting. Something I love about childcare is the opportunity to look at the world from a child's lens- asking questions, playing, & discovering new things & ideas. In previous positions, I have helped families with full time nannying, tutoring, overnights/weekends away, transportation, & some household chores.
