About Kiran

Hi, my name is Kiran! I have had 4 years of childcare experience. I cared for triplets from when they were 2-5 years old. I enjoy working with children of all ages and want to help support them and you in any way I can! Below is a list of a few things I assisted them with- - I Assisted with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry to support the family with additional chores. - I managed schedules for multiple children while maintaining open communication with parents regarding scheduling needs. - Implemented consistent routines for naptime, bedtime, meal preparation, and other daily tasks to create stability within the home environment for the children in my care. - Communicated positively with children and guardians. - Established and maintained a safe environment for the children. -Supported academic growth by assisting with homework assignments, enhancing comprehension, and providing additional resources as needed.
