I'd describe my personality as friendly, caring and responsible I like caring for seniors because I took care of both of my parents in their last years of life. My Mom and Dad both had dementia and/or cognitive decline. I got to know my parents on a much deeper level, and I now know the meaning of life is to truly be there for people in need. In need of a friend, or someone to listen, or someone to help them or their family who may be struggling to do it all themselves. I'm looking for a job that provides me pride in helping others and making a living from something meaningful. I started caring for seniors when I moved home in 2020 to live with and care for my Mom and Dad. In my spare time, I like to practice yoga, paint, read and spend time with my dogs and family. One thing you should know about me is I'm respectful, engaged and caring. My skills include running errands, transportation, home care (meal prep, light cleaning, reading, chair yoga, companionship.
