I like caring for people with special needs because it's an experience and connection that's based on honesty and respect between a person supported and a care giver. I'm looking for a job that pays well according to the level of care that is expected as well as a job in which I feel like I'm getting to know a person and form a connection rather than simply there for hourly pay.
