About Kindyl

Hi there! My name is kindyl, I'm 23, and I've been working with kids since I was 15. I was a neighborhood babysitter as a teen and started doing full time respite and habilitation (nannying with extra steps essentially) at 18 for families with kids and adults with autism and had been doing it ever since! I also have experience as a classroom assistant at a special education preschool where I gained a lot of experience handling multiple kiddos at once in hard/stressful situations. I'm CPR and first aid certified and have had multiple real life scenarios in which I've had to put those skills into use, even in life saving situations. I'm confident in my conflict resolution skills and in using and teaching healthy communication skills to kids, especially when dealing with heavy emotions and physical outbursts. I recently moved here from Arizona and I am looking for a full time schedule with one or more families. If you have any questions I'm happy to answer and provide references! :)
