Hi! My name is Kimmie, I have been working with children since I was old enough to babysit. For the last decade, I pursued a career in working one on one with autistic children. While autism has been my main focus, I have also worked with several families with neurotypical kids. I love taking the time to bond with children, support their interests and help them navigate their emotions as they walk through each day. Responsibilities I have had over the years have varied depending on the family and child's needs. They have included tutoring, one on one aid in the classroom, homeschooling, teaching sports, driving to daily activities and appointments. I have also helped to prepare meals, administer medication, maintain a clean home and am always open to other ways I can be of support to my families!

Kimmie is outstanding - truly one of a kind. She took on a big job with a Nanny position with my four boys, ages 3-11 years. Responsibilities varied, but included all day care with transportation, helping with chores, appointments, academics and music. She has excellent communication skills, is prompt and polite. She fit into our family immediately - I hired her on site. From day one, she jumped in with the kids, had a smile and brought enthusiasm and energy to our home. She multi-tasked beautifully within our big family and was able adjust her approach to fit each child's need in terms of both affection and discipline. We are excited for her with her recent move - but saddened for us - my kids still ask for her daily. She is someone that will excel in life wherever it leads, bring smiles to the faces of those around her and will remain a part of our family forever. Thank you Kimmie!
