I'd describe my personality as amiable, honest, and hardworking I have loved animals all my life, they can be such a great source of comforting, unconditional companionship and nothing makes me happier than seeing them happy and nourished. I'm looking for a job that gratifies my desire to be of help through pet care I grew up with a variety of pets and have always had pets myself as an adult. Throughout much of my life I was always that friend people asked to look in on their pets when they were away and I accepted paid jobs occasionally during the last decade as a sort of sporadic side job. In 2020 when everything shut down during the pandemic my primary source of income shut down too so I started leaning into petsitting and by 2021 it was a full time career. I walk small dogs, give great head rubs to cats, feed pets and make sure they have fresh water, I scoop litter boxes etc. I'm patient with shy and elderly pets and I have a little experience administering medications.
