Kim nannied for our family for over a year before she moved to Florida. She started out as our date night babysitter and we quickly hired her as our nanny. She is absolutely amazing with children. She is very dependable, trustworthy, and does exactly what you need and ask of her. We have two children ages 1and 3 and our 1 year old is very difficult but Kim has no problem getting her calm and distracted. We would have kept her hired until my kids were in school full time if she was still in Ohio. She has a lot of childcare experience so she will know exactly how to handle any situation from boo boos to tantrums and she has great communication so she will always tell you about anything noteworthy from the day. We miss Kim and plan on seeing her when we visit Florida this year.
