Kim is nice and friendly and the one day that she did work she did a great job. Then she never returned, we texted, then she just ghosted. If you can get her to show up and work, then I'm sure she will do a good job. However, I need reliability and consistency. At this point I would not rehire Kim, as I wouldn't know if she would show-up.
