I've had the privilege of working in nursing home, assisted living homes and home health settings as a certified nursing assistant. My experience includes working with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Critical Care, and total care patients. I have experience with assisting patients with all their ADL's which consists of taking vital signs, bathing, dressing, toileting, transfer, medication and diabetes assistance, light housekeeping, laundry and running errands. I provided assistance with walkers, canes, wheelchairs, Hoyer lifts and sliding boards. I also assisted patients to their scheduled doctors appointments and any outside activities. I am passionate about my skills and the quality of care I provide to my patients and their families.
