About Kim

I'd describe my personality as loving, gentle and patient I like working with kids because they inspire me to be patient with my inner child. They are so delicate and deserve to be loved and nurtured to their full potential. I'm looking for a flexible job that allows me to serve others, spread love and have fun. I am the oldest of 5 children, and oldest granddaughter of over 11 grandkids by a significant age. This to say I've cared for children my whole life. However, I officially started working with kids 3 years ago. In my spare time, I like to journal and read. Learning is one of my favorite things to do. One thing I've been intentional about learning is how to to communicate. I am an avid believer that communication is super important to any healthy relationship. I try my best to establish a safe environment for open communication at all times. Other than communication, my childcare skills include patience, creativity and problem solving.
