I'd describe my personality as joyful, high energy, and authentic. I'm drawn to caring for seniors because of their strengths, wisdom, and stories. Having been raised by my grandparents, I have a unique understanding of their needs. I aim to lift their spirits and help them maintain connections, as many are grieving and have much to contribute. I seek a job that allows me to manage my time and responsibilities while balancing my art and creativity. Although I don't have recent experience in elderly care, I have served in non-paid caretaking roles as a mother of four and with the elderly and disabled. As an empty nester, I prefer not to return to full-time work, but I'm open to offering services on a case-by-case basis. In my spare time, I work with ceramics, pottery, and mosaics and enjoy supporting local artists. My skills include emotional intelligence, empathy, adaptability, problem-solving, resilience, organization, and time management.
