About Kimberly

Hi! I'm Kimberly! I am an empty nester who cares for all types of children. I specialize in care for neurodiverse children and homework help for elementary age students, but I love all ages and personalities. My career began 35 years ago on a trip to Mexico where we ran a camp for local children. Since then, I've never stopped working as a caregiver! My experience includes: teacher, reading specialist, curriculum developer, mother of 3 fabulous kids and numerous pets! Recently, I've enjoyed working with non-speaking autistic children. I would describe myself as a highly organized, lifelong learner who thrives on authenticity and humor. I understand the importance of: *clear communication, *respecting a parent's wisdom and house rules, *a parent's need for down-time and getting things done, *wanting your child engaged in worthwhile activities in your absence.
