About Kimberly

I have been an house supervisor, nanny and caregiver for children for 20 years. I worked with autistic and developmentally delayed children. I have a nursing background. I have worked in homes, child care and managed daily operations of the day care center and coordinate schedule to have a balance ratio of teachers per child. I managed the day care facility in accordance with state rules and regulations. I interview hire, and train new staff members. I do accounts receivable, collections, purchasing and create and maintain weekly reports. I work with LINC and State Funded day care program. I prepared weekly lesson plans and coordinated activities.
