I am a mother of 2 teenagers 2 step kids every other weekend. I've worked in daycare and babysat since I was 11. I believe in building children up and giving them positive praise and not negative. I have spent my life taking care of other people's kids and my own. I love infants even if they cry a lot it doesn't bother me. I've pretty much seen it all. I have lots of experience with kids with special needs. I worked at Hannah Center as a children's place coordinator I took care of the kids and new babies while their moms received help. I also taught safe sleep classes to new moms. I worked at Hannah House for 2 years as an RA. I assisted moms in the house with caring for their newborn. I have also been a nanny for the last four years. I've been off since June of last year so I could take care of my elderly grandma until she passed.

She nannied for us starting when my son was ~9 months old up until he was almost 3! My son loves her and always had the biggest smile on when she arrived. She's willing to do what it takes, including cuddling a sick child all day, or chasing a wild child around the yard. His manners are impeccable, which is something she always provided emphasis on. She is a blessing and highly educated in her field. We never worried when she was around.
