Nearly 30yrs. experience with a variety of individuals with special needs, varying in age, as well as those without special needs. I received my BS in Special Education-Interdisciplinary Studies, Summa Cum Laude, in 2014 and my AA in Education in 2012. I was a teacher (private & public; elementary, middle, & high school) for the last 10yrs. I am actively pursuing a Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis. A blessed mother of three (21, 17, 16), an excellent education, and almost 30 yrs. experience fuels my passion and lends to my continued compassion and dedication to helping others, especially those with special needs.

Kim temporarily worked for us for two months as a Home Health Aide to our adult physically disabled daughter, in our daughter's home. Kim approached the job with no prior experience in this field of care. She was fearless, and eager to learn. She followed instructions and aimed to not only please our daughter, but also to do the job correctly. She was unique in that she treated it with the full-force dedication one would normally see given for a permanent position. She was dependable, on-time, honest and never complained about anything, or any task. She was always in good spirits. I would wholeheartedly advise anyone interviewing Kimberly S. to seriously consider hiring her.
