Throughout my 7+ years of nannying, tutoring, and volunteering, I've had the wonderful opportunity to work with children and teens with a range of neuro types and disabilities including autism, ADHD, behavioral issues, developmental delays, mobility challenges, epilepsy, and various mental illnesses. Additionally, I have a B. S. in psychology and a B. A. in philosophy with future plans for grad school and to become a neurodivergent-focused therapist! My care is largely influenced by disability advocacy work and well-researched care approaches. Awareness of these approaches lays the foundation of all my care, which I then adjust as I get to know each individual. From there, I enjoy working to set personalized goals, but regardless of what we work on together, my care is always centered on promoting emotional well-being and forming a connection.
