Kimberlyn has been employed with us since Monday, October 24th, 2022 and has worked an average of 40-45 hours a week providing full-time childcare to our son J’s, now two. I can not say enough good things about the care and dedication we have received from Kimberlyn in her role as J’s childcare provider. She has never been late or called out sick and is always eager to learn and grow along with him. Even when J wasn’t feeling 100%, she took amazing care of him and helped him with any need whether teething or an injury from playing. She consistently comes to work with a positive and energetic attitude, something so necessary for taking care of a child with the patience like she has. She is an excellent teacher, and I am impressed with how much J has learned in over a year with her. She cooks for him daily and has fun discovering new foods with him, always keeping his diet healthy and maintaining a daily log for us to review. Kimberlyn was also trusted to sometimes support overnight night shifts while we were away from the house as well as come on vacation with our family to help with our son. She always did a great job and gave us confidence we could step away from time to time. I would highly recommend Kimberlyn for any childcare needs and can confidently say she has made a lasting and positive impact on J and our entire family’s life.
