About Kimberly

I'm a nurturing, enthusiastic wife and mother with four years of paid experience. My positive experiences in previous babysitting roles inspired me to pursue opportunities in my free time as a caregiver, and I'm passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives. I have completed coursework in Early Child Development, and assisted with in- home daycare. I work remotely which provides some flexibility and am open to working with you on scheduling. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly, and I have a knack for communicating with children and parents alike. I believe in open and honest communication, and I'm happy to provide updates at pickup and via text or phone call. When it comes to enforcing rules, I take my cues from the parents. I believe that children thrive in a structured environment, and I'm happy to help enforce the rules that the parents have set in place.
