About Kimberly

Hi! My name is Kimberly, and I just graduated from Northwestern University. I absolutely love kids, and I would love to be your sitter when you need a helping hand. I have four nieces and nephews, and I have been helping take care of them since I was 12. I also have experience being a teacher's aide in elementary school classes, and a middle and high school tutor. In college, I was part of a theatre organization for children with developmental differences, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Condition. I helped teach and play with children from ages 4-22 with varying levels of physical and cognitive abilities, including children in wheelchairs, deaf/blind children, and children with food allergies. I know basic sign language and have a very expressive face for non-verbal communication. I also know CPR and the Heimlich maneuver. Your child and I will have a great time playing anything from outdoor sports to arts and crafts to pretend. I have experience tutoring all subjects.
