I met Kim because we lived in the same apartment complex and I had posted an ad for a babysitter/nanny for my 2-year-old son. She was friendly, warm, sweet and my son adored her. Unfortunately for me she took a full-time job shortly thereafter. My son's in preschool now but if he wasn't, I'd definitely use her again given the chance. She knows a lot about child development academically and she just has a natural affinity with kids.
