Kim is a very self conscious and caring individual who I would recommend for any position. She keeps things moving along in the right direction as far as getting homework, practicing, chores and other projects complete. She does so in such a way that the kids respect her and look forward to having her over. Whether Kim is assisting with homework or playing games and reading with the kids, the kids enjoy her company. We truly appreciate having her around!
