Kim is the real deal, we were told by her past employers prior to hiring her. And boy were they right! Kim has worked for us for over half a year (36hr/wk), and I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience with her. Sadly we are transitioning our two boys (4yo & 9mo old) to daycare and thus must let Kim find another family to help. Being our first time hiring a nanny, we were quite nervous about the process. I am a pediatrician and my husband a lawyer, and we are extremely selective in whom we have watch our children. After screening and interviewing numerous applicants, Kim stood out with her experience and background, her maturity, and her personality. She just clicked with our family which made the process easy and less anxiety-provoking. She has proven to be a wonderful addition to our family she is timely, efficient, dependable, trustworthy, and terrific with our boys. We never have to worry when our children are in her care. She always has them doing some activity- reading, playgroups, arts & crafts, pretend play, local museums, and outdoor play either at the playground or in the yard. Whenever I ask something of Kim (run an errand, make them eat their veggies, stay a few minutes late, etc, etc) she does so without question and has been very flexible with our demanding work schedules. Most importantly, the boys just adore her! They are excited to see her on Mondays and sad to see her go by weeks end. She will undoubtedly be missed by us all!!!
