About Kimberly

I have over six years of experience in child care. I spent the past three years teaching special education preschool, and worked this past year as the Youth leader for grades kindergarten through high school. I have always loved connecting with children of all ages and child care is something that comes naturally to me. I hold a masters degree in both general and special education and completed Teach for America in New York. I have extensive experience babysitting and nannying and am happy to provide references if needed. I am currently working at a nonprofit that focuses on special education services and resources for families in NYC, and am looking for opportunities to connect with families that need extra child care assistance as my schedule is flexible. I am outgoing, easy to work with and very creative when it comes to keeping children engaged.
