I was very pleased with Kimberly. She is very kind, pleasant and has calm and collected personality which I appreciate around my pets. She was able to quickly learn how to give insulin injection to my elderly cat and I appreciated her openness to such task. She remembered all directions I gave her and followed them accordingly. She is very reliable, trustworthy and maintained timely communication and updates with me while I was away.
