Kimmi has been our nanny for nearly 18 months. She is amazing with our son and we are so thankful to have him in her care. She started with us when he was only 3 months old and has adjusted to his needs as he grows. He was premature and she has done so much with him to help him catch up to his adjusted age milestones. She has taught him sign language, coping skills for tantrums, and encourages him to try new things. She is always coming up with new activities and takes him somewhere different almost everyday. She is a great communicator - she takes pictures and keeps us updated throughout the day. She is very kind and nurturing. She is very reliable always shows up early to work. We will miss her so much as our son transitions to preschool.
