About Kimberly

Hello, I have over 20 years paid experience in many facets of Early Childhood education, including the classroom. I am currently an Inclusion Teacher . I am a big proponent of play based learning for early learners and believe children learn best when allowed to let their natural curiosity help guide the curriculum. Children are naturally born kind and having great empathy for others, I strive to foster these qualities in my care and education of children. I am a very fit and active person. Hiking, biking, yoga and running are daily pursuits of mine and I am interested in seeking a family that also places great importance of living an active, healthy lifestyle. I am also a professional baker and love to cook. I enjoy including children ( when age appropriate ) in the kitchen, it offers so many opportunities for learning in a fun way! I can provide a very full and competent work resume including working 17+ years in a public school system.
