I took care of my friends parents who were elderly and needed care. The wife was on hospice until she passed away several weeks later. They did have a hospice nurse come in as well as me being there. They wanted there father to stay in his home as long as he could. I took the 8-5 shift. He had dementia so I made his meals and helped him eat. I cleaned up after him and did light house work. I would do laundry for him and went grocery shopping each week. The family trusted me with their car and credit card. I also showered him and dressed him every day. I have a letter of recommendation from the family.
