Kim is a reliable hard worker who has been wonderful with my 7 month old! Being a mom herself she understands all my first time mommy anxieties and I can relax knowing she's got it all covered. She arrives on time, is very openly communicative, and respectfully follows any care/clean up instructions I give her. I would recommend Kim for watching littles of all ages!
