As a dedicated childcare provider, I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and making a positive impact on their lives. I am in my fifth year of working in childcare. My friendly and engaging personality creates a warm and fun environment for children to thrive. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing daily written reports and regular updates via their preferred method to ensure everyone is on the same page. I believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, ensuring consistency and respect for their parenting style. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports and physical activities to board games and educational games that promote learning. My diverse skills include cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel assistance, and swimming supervision. I have completed coursework in early child development including courses in first aid, managing behavior, and child nutrition.
