I'm a live in part time nanny now I teach my niece and babysit and all the things she's the smartest toddler. I run her schedule, cook her meals, teach her, and give her nap time/playtime. I also do some Montessori learning & when people see and hear my niece they are amazed at how articulate and smart she is practice & repetition makes perfect! I drive, I'm organized I keep the playroom clean and I clean up after my mess. I don't smoke. We do a little ipad learning as well as kids learning. I'm good with teaching alphabets, numbers, words and sentences. Ms Rachel, Ms cece, Ms moni I'm familiar with all the child learning channels.

So with Kim you don’t just get someone to help watch your kid you get an actual care giver ! First off she has just as much energy as the child, maybe even more lol. She has taught my daughter so much- numbers, Alphabet, colors, exercises and more. She is great at the basics - diapers , bottles, foods ( milk- puree-solids). She follows my nap schedule for my daughter. And only because I don’t want to have 5 paragraphs on this review I will finally say that Kim is great because she listens to what you want for your child and how you want them to be cared for. I hear way too many stories of babysitters doing what they want instead of your child’s normal routine. That means a lot to me. Anyways, she’s a great person and caregiver .
